Accommodation details

The accommodation comprises:-

A comfortable lounge with a log fire, T.V., Freeview, and a DVD player.

The sofa-bed will convert to a double bed to provide additional sleeping accommodation (if required) in addition to that in the bedrooms - see below.

The kitchen is fully fitted with a cooker, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher. There is also a dining table in the kitchen.

Bedroom 1:  has a King size bed
Bedroom 2:  has twin single beds
Bedroom 3: has a single bed with a pull out additional guest bed.

All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes.

Additional sleeping accommodation is available in the lounge - sofa-bed converts to a double bed - see above.

The bathroom has a W.C., a bath with a shower screen and power shower and a vanity unit with a wash basin. There is an additional separate W.C.

Grab rails are being fitted to allow easier access for the disabled.

There is a conservatory at the rear of the property leading from the kitchen with access to the patio and large fully enclosed and dog-safe garden. The large secluded garden contains a summerhouse, garden furniture, a barbecue and toys for the children.
